Gravel Reimagined – GEN2

The first-generation Esker gained recognition among both experienced gravel riders and beginners looking for a reliable and versatile companion for discovering new routes and adventures. The new Esker GEN2 takes things to the next level, making it an exceptional choice for those who want to unleash the full potential of gravel riding and enjoy every moment, even on the toughest terrain.

The new aluminum GEN2 frame comes with multiple mounting points for bags, racks, fenders, and bottle cages. A dedicated mount for a kickstand has also been added. The lightweight and stiff carbon fork, designed by Kross, features internal brake hose routing and is compatible with 30mm gravel suspension forks.

A lower center of gravity and an extended wheelbase improve the bike’s handling, both when carrying luggage and when riding unladen. The new GEN2 frame also features a lower standover height, making it more accessible and comfortable for a wider range of gravel enthusiasts.

The proven 1x12 drivetrain offers smooth and reliable shifting in all conditions. With a 10-51T cassette, you’ll be able to ride fast on flat sections and easily conquer steep climbs.

For reliable braking in all conditions, the bike features Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, which provide significantly greater stopping power than traditional V-brakes and much better modulation than mechanical disc brakes.

Technology for Adventure Far from Civilization

The KROSS Esker 5.0 frame is made from 6061 aluminum, a special alloy that ensures stiffness and resistance to cracks while remaining relatively lightweight. The frame is powder-coated, making the paint more durable and resistant to mechanical damage.

To maintain a clean and sleek look, the frame features internal cable routing, which also helps reduce the risk of cable damage when riding in rough terrain.

For the best riding experience, the KROSS Esker 5.0 is fitted with WTB 45mm tires, perfect for various surfaces. The bike is also equipped with a Selle Royale gravel saddle and Fizik bar tape, ensuring comfort even on the most demanding rides.
