The Marin DSX FS is a gravel bike that breaks established boundaries and leans closer to mountain biking territory. It is designed for riders who love the speed of a gravel bike but demand the comfort and confidence needed for rough off-road trails. The main highlight of this model is the SR Suntour GVX LOR air suspension fork with 60 mm of travel, smoothly absorbing roots and rocks.

The core is a lightweight and durable Series 3 6061 aluminum frame featuring modern geometry adjusted for a suspension fork. The frame boasts internal cable routing, thru-axles, and numerous mounting points for cages, fenders, and racks. A huge advantage off-road is the TranzX dropper post, allowing you to lower your center of gravity during technical descents.

The drivetrain is built on the highly reliable 12-speed Shimano Deore system with a massive gear range. The 10-51T cassette paired with a 42T chainring gives you plenty of gears for fast flats and the steepest climbs. Safe stopping power is delivered by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors.

The bike rolls on durable Marin alloy rims and Vee Tire Co. QuikStyk 45 mm tires, which are tubeless compatible and offer a great balance between rolling resistance and traction.
