The MERIDA SCULTURA 5000 in the striking Starfield Purple/Red colorway is a lightweight and agile road bike that blends World Tour-proven racing geometry with outstanding comfort and aerodynamics. This fifth-generation model incorporates several aero features from its sister model, the Reacto, making it the most aerodynamic Scultura ever.

At its core is the lightweight full-carbon CF3 V frame (weighing around 997 g in size M), which excels at absorbing vibrations and reducing road buzz. The frame's excellent compliance and tire clearance of up to 30 mm ensure massive comfort even on longer rides or rougher tarmac.

Flawless drivetrain performance is delivered by the highly popular 12-speed Shimano 105 Di2 electronic groupset. It offers lightning-fast and perfectly precise shifting under all conditions. The compact 50-34 chainring paired with an 11-34T cassette creates an ideal, versatile setup for both steep climbs and fast descents.

Safe and rapid stopping is handled by Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors. For optimal brake cooling during long descents, Merida utilizes its proprietary Disc Cooler technology.
